Our current periodisation is formatted into:

    Unleash your athletic potential with our scientifically structured 45-minute sessions. A fusion of three core fitness elements that are programmed every 6 weeks. This session is a well rounded athletic workout that is designed for those who crave diversity and effectiveness in their fitness regime. Inspired by elite athletic training, Met 3 is guaranteed to challenge you and set you up for success with elements such as different cardio components, core/ stability movements and an arrangement of strength and heavy lifts throughout.

    Every six weeks, the programme undergoes a transformative shift in focus, ensuring a comprehensive and varied fitness experience, these 6 week phrases are meticulously designed to build and improve foundations across all aspects of health, fitness and wellbeing. Each session is carefully curated with 3 blocks of specifically targeted elements crucial for overall fitness and having the ability to be tailored to your goals.

  • SWEAT IT OUT CONDITIONING

    The exclusive Sweat It Out Session offers a select combination of core fitness principles ranging from HIIT to traditional strength & conditioning methods, ensuring a unique, challenging, sweat dripping, full body workout in this high-energy, team-based class.

    The session is designed to utilise as many muscle groups as possible in an efficient and highly effective approach that's progressively challenging yet adaptable to every individual no matter the fitness level or experience. developing mental and physical toughness through intense workouts that require teamwork, focus, and perseverance.

    Throughout the class, you'll be pushed to your limits, both individually and as a team, as you work towards achieving your goals and overcoming obstacles together.

  • BOOTY BUILD

    A 45-minute progressive strength workout designed to increase strength in the lower body, sculpt the legs and the glutes. Each exercise is performed with different tempo variations to activate underactive muscles and effectively increase muscle growth. Learning new techniques to strengthen weak areas, such as the inner thighs, the ankles and accomplishing full range of motion throughout each movement.

  • CORE FLEX (INFRARED)

    Another exclusive class to The Clubhouse that combines some of your favourite elements into an exciting, unique session that will leave you feeling it head to toe!

    Core flex meets gentle beats, calming breathwork and achieves a full body sculpt through a flexibility focused routine. An infrared heated environment to improve circulation leaving you feeling restored and rejuvenated. This gentle feel good flow is performed using only body weight, making it zero impact, protecting your joints and muscles. A complete de-stress, tune-into your body workout like no other here in Perth.

  • BOOTY BURN

    A 30 minute workout designed to sculpt and tone the legs, glutes and abs whilst strengthening your core through the use of resistance loop bands and unique bodyweight movements. Each exercise is performed with different tempo variations which will enable you to build great strength and improve tone in those sometime hard to hit major muscle groups. The workout ends with an abdominal blast finisher that will leave you with that afterburn.

    The C.B.B specifically targets the often neglected glute muscles. This class is the perfect accessory for people looking to build more core stability whilst building strength through the dominant drivers. Expect a combination of strength and high intensity explosive exercises, aimed at increasing strength and flexibility to torch fat and sculpt the lower body.
